Only the advertised price, exactly
Asked about price, Sally repeats the advertised price word for word — 'Offers over', 'Auction', 'Contact Agent' or a range. She never sees the hidden REA search price.
Never makes up a price or value
Every reply is checked before the buyer sees it: any figure or claim about price or value that isn't on your listing is removed, and the buyer is told the agent can talk them through pricing.
Local area questions
Schools, shops and transport are answered from public map data, with a note to check — and Sally never states a school catchment.
Hands off to the agent
When a buyer needs a person, Sally hands the conversation to the listing agent — and on text, she stays quiet while an agent is in the conversation.
