Each call averages three minutes. We convert that time into a dollar cost using a fully-loaded hourly rate (base salary plus 30% for superannuation, leave, and other overheads, divided by productive working hours). Weekly cost is then scaled to monthly (x 4.33) and annual (x 52) figures.
